This kinda looks like a well-made cutscene for an RPG-style game, especially ones with a modern 16-bit aesthetic.
I'm a sucker for that kind of style.

Also, I had forgotten that Krita was capable of animation. I remember being really impressed with that software's features when I checked it out a couple of years ago. Kinda like the 2D companion to Blender (a brilliant freeware 3D software).
