That's pretty fuckin' cool.
Did ya do this in TV Paint, CSP, or something I'm not thinking of?
I love the reds, btw

Krita, actually
I was surprised by how much I loved this show.
I thought it was gonna be more of a kids' show but was impressed by its animation and writing.
Really cute art of the two, btw
Thank you. And I agree, really catches you off-guard.
It's almost like an Impressionist piece with all the implied detail.
Gotta ask tho... where's that city resident going? Just on a quiet stroll? Can't blame 'em.
Idk, maybe entrance to his home covered with snow and he can't find it
Even if it's not "perfect," there's a lot of strong points to this.
You're use of warm colors, even in the hair (which I quite like the shading/lighting on), creates a nice atmosphere to this overall.
The earing has a lot of detail, but it's not overly complicated, and it fits the design really nicely.
Thank you for your thoughts~ I own the earrings and clothes in question, so I wanted to draw an avatar that would remotely look like me, for a change.
I've always loved how tactile Miura-sensei's art was, and I think this captures it well.
Still hurts a bit... but the dream's being kept alive one way or another.
His range of drawings from beautiful to grotesque were amazing to experience throughout his works.
I don't think people will ever forget about Miura and he will go down in history as an all time classic.
That first statement... "I think too much and too far"... I know that sentiment a little too well.
As for the art itself... god damn.... I love the use of red light.
It's kinda crazy how you can almost feel the glow as it bounces off the character
light is fun!
I like cel-shading as opposed to more realistic rendering techniques because its animation friendly but also forces me to literally draw a line between dark and light, ykno makes for strong shapes or whatever haha
Looks cozy
Nothin' like a nice, dark flesh-cavern to call home
It's a bit damp.
Just the hard round brush?!
Holy hell... seems I've been overthinking some of my methods
exactly! its in the skill, not in the tools
How much for a room? I'm running short on gold, but I've got these hydra scales that I don't have much use for.
That serpent didn't exactly make the trek up to here easy...
Ate most tenants. So your choice. Also dont go near the trees after dark. They bite :D
the bottom section with that large broken bridge structure, gives me some major New Londo Ruins vibes (the ghost infested city in Dark Souls)
Thx ! :)
