[Goretober 2 - Eye Trauma]

It's oddly mesmerizing and hypnotic, in a [ummmm-- error 404, word not found] kind of way.
That aside, I kinda like how you drew her hair.

I can't get over the fact you did this with a mouse. You're either really skilled, or an alien, maybe a mix of both, idk. Still though, this piece looks pretty good, whether it be an alien creation or not.

Oh, I will definitely! I've also played through Mogeko Castle and I still need to finish playing The Gray Garden so I'm sure I'll end up drawing characters from there as well. Eventually. xD
To be honest I have some more Wadanohara related traditional drawings ready, but there still has not been an opportunity for me to scan them.
I hope I will be able to share with them on here soon. :)

The color scheme and weird 'n' crazy design kinda makes me think of the album artwork for the Lateralus and 10,000 Days albums by Tool
So... yeah, pretty awesome

While I don't know much about Splatoon (does look like a fun game though), I will say that I like the art style of this, and the animation is really nice.

Hard to put into words the reason why I like this piece of art. It's just... cool, really cool.
(can't help but be reminded of the Tool song, Schism, when I look at this piece of art. A fitting match of a song in my head and an image in front of my face. At least, that's what I think)

Thanks for the comment! One of the biggest inspirations for some of the music video works for Tool. They're just magical and I can watch them over and over. Another artist that I'd mention is Alex Grey. His got a lot of unusual things going on, but in general, I love the work he produces and the discussions about consciousness and so on. I'm not particularly into new-age stuff but there's a lot of things I appreciate about the styles.

SideTrip is a large project and hopefully over time there'll be other influences sneak into the paintings!
